Add 1/2 – 1 teaspoon to a bowl or mug. Add 100ml cooled, cold or iced water, whisk vigorously until frothy.
For a creamy latte: Replace some or all of the water with almond or coconut milk. Add a touch of organic cacao powder for a slightly sweeter drink (a must try for coffee lovers)
Try adding to desserts, smoothies and yogurts.
