Antioxidants & Carotenoids

Antioxidants help neutralise free radicals, unstable molecules produced by normal metabolism, stress, pollution and UV exposure, that can damage cells and contribute to ageing and inflammation. Supplementing with antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, astaxanthin and carotenoids helps support the body’s natural defence systems and protect cells from oxidative stress.
